TOGKF Goulburn Australia kicked off their 2023 tra

TOGKF Goulburn Australia kicked off their 2023 training last week with a senior black belt session, the focus was on Shisochin and Sanseru kata along with bunkai in preparation for senior black belt gradings coming up early this year.

Sensei Nicky (5th from the right) from the Canberra Dojo and Sensei Graham Bush(4th from the right) from Wollongong both travelled to Goulburn for this event which by all accounts was a great success.

Sensei Graham Bush was one of the original karate students of Sensei David Lambert Senior. Even though Sensei Bush has since moved out of the area he has shown true dedication to the club by not only continuing to train online, but also making the arduous four hour journey several times a month to train at the Goulburn dojo.

The senior black belt session was run by Sensei Paul Parlett 6th dan (5th from the left) a loyal student of Higaonna Sensei since 6 years old and a proud member of the TOGKF.
